When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
Digital item orders are instant and cannot be canceled.
Physical items (such as cookie cutters) may be canceled if requested within 24 hours.
How do I care for my cookie cutters?
Hand washing is recommended.
Avoid the dishwasher and high heat.
My cookie dough is sticking to my cutter.
Lightly dip the cookie cutter into flour, then press into the dough.
This helps prevent sticking and keeps shapes crisp.
