DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

All digital items (STL files, eBooks, guides, templates, class materials, downloads):

  • Are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased

  • Are for personal use only

  • May NOT be resold, shared, copied, or redistributed in any form

Violation may result in revoked access and legal action.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed in the order received.

  • Processing time varies by product

  • Shipping times depend on carrier and location

  • Diana Lee’s is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Tracking will be provided when available.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY - CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

Once your class or workshop registration has been submitted, preparations begin immediately.
For this reason, all class registrations are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel your spot, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance.

With 48 hours notice:

  • Your registration can be transferred to another available class, OR

  • You can receive a take-home kit to complete on your own.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not attend the class and did not notify me at least 48 hours in advance, your registration is forfeited. There are no refunds for missed classes.

TAKE-HOME KITS

If you choose a take-home kit, kits must be picked up during class time or otherwise discussed with me.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing from Diana Lee’s, you agree to the following terms. All products are handmade or digitally created and may have slight variations. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution of digital designs, STL files, or guides is strictly prohibited.

PRIVACY POLICY

Diana Lee’s respects your privacy. Personal information such as name, email, and shipping address is used only to process orders, deliver products, and provide customer service. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except when required for payment processing, shipping, or legal compliance.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

• Physical items (cookie cutters, tools, etc.) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
• Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or misuse.

Approved replacements will be sent when applicable.
