If you want a dessert topping, filling, or icing, that tasted like Brownie Batter, then this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients
-
250 grams Milk or Dark Chocolate Chips
-
7oz (200 ml) Heavy Cream
-
1 cup (110g) Powdered Sugar
-
9 Tbsp. (125 gram ) Butter, cut into about 1 inch pieces
-
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
-
1/8 tsp. Salt
Directions
In a medium-size saucepan, add your Chocolate, Heavy Cream, Powdered Sugar, Butter, Salt, and Vanilla.
Warm ingredients over medium heat, stirring at all times, until the chocolate/butter is melted and there are no lumps. This takes around 5-10 minutes.
Let it cool in the saucepan or transfer to bowl. Once it has cooled down a little, place the bowl or saucepan in the fridge for one hour.
Stir the sauce every 15-20 minutes to prevent lumps.
Once the sauce is firm, use it as a filling for your cake or cupcakes, spread onto cake or cupcakes, drizzle on ice cream, desserts, or eat as is!
Enjoy!

Recipe Note
1. You can reduce the amount of sugar slightly if you like or leave it as is!
2. Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You can reheat in microwave for 30 seconds to spread or use for filling. If you want to drizzle microwave 30 seconds at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
