• 1 cup Heavy Cream
-
• ½ cup Sugar
-
• 1½ tsp Butter Extract
-
• ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
-
• pinch of Salt
-
• 7 grams Gelatin Powder
-
• ¼ cup room temperature Water
Directions
In a medium saucepan, heat the cream soda, butterscotch sauce, heavy cream, sugar, butter extract, vanilla, and salt over medium-high heat until hot, but not simmering.
Meanwhile sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup water in a small bowl and allow to stand until softened, about 2 minutes.
Remove Butterbeer mixture from heat and stir the gelatin into the Butterbeer mixture until dissolved.
Pour into individual cups, small bowls, or cauldrons.
Chill in refrigerator until set, time will vary depending on size of containers. Usually 2-4 hours works well, or overnight.
