Tools for Transformational Coaching

Shine Your Inner Light
The tools I use come from many different sources.  The ones listed here are favorites, and are a small sample of what's in the tool kit.

Tool of the Breath:  Breathing to different depths and in different rhythms has a huge effect on mood, emotions, and level of consciousness.  When you start to notice and control where your breath goes in your body, you are on the way to being able to
choose your emotional state.

Tool of Body wisdom:
Thoughts and emotions have resonance with parts of the body. They can feel as though they are "in" that part of the body, and we use breath and visualization to assist in clarifying, understanding and clearing whatever is going on.  This makes a lot of sense when you consider the body as "a precipitate of consciousness," to borrow the words of Dr. Melinda Connor.

Tool of Internal dialogue:
If you're like most people, you have more than one thought process going on at once. By learning to recognize your various thought patterns, you can begin to create communication among them and integrate your emotions more completely.

It's often true that people who feel blocked, or unable to proceed, are able to move past the block immediately after making this level of internal connection.  It is often surprisingly easy and rapid.  This technique is particularly useful for people who have had traumatic experiences.

Heart Virtues(TM):
The Heart Virtues Assessment was developed by
Greg Mooers Montana.  The Assessment is a powerful process
that uses a set of specially-designed questions to help you to find and name your Heart Virtue, which is the core energy of who you are.

Your Heart Virtue is a commitment of your soul, and embodies the majority of your joys, your purpose and your lessons in life.
I am a certified Heart Virtues Expert, and have
"birthed" dozens of Heart Virtues.

My Heart Virtue: I am committed to Liberating Divine Light.

Horses:
Equine-Facilitated Self-Development For those who can travel to the ranch, working with the horses is a powerful, heart-expanding experience.  They teach energy, presence, focus, commitment, compassion, boundaries and play in a way no human can.

The horse is a master teacher who acts as a mirror - without ego or attachment to the outcome - so that humans can understand themselves and Universal laws more clearly, and grow as a result.
Namaste.
